Star Wars Battlefront II: Satele Shan – Brenda Mendez Mod Brings a Jedi Legend to the Battlefield

Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) has an impressive roster of characters, but there’s always room for more legendary figures from the vast Star Wars universe. Enter the Satele Shan – Brenda Mendez Mod, a stunning addition that brings the Grand Master of the Jedi Order into the fight. Satele Shan is one of the most iconic Jedi from Star Wars: The Old Republic, and for good reason. A descendant of Revan, a warrior with unmatched skills, and a leader with unwavering resolve, she’s a character that has long deserved a place in Battlefront II. While EA didn’t include her in the official lineup, the modding community, as always, stepped up to make things right. What Does This Mod Do? The Satele Shan – Brenda Mendez Mod completely transforms a character in Star Wars Battlefront II into Satele Shan, complete with a highly detailed 3D model, custom textures, and an authentic…

First Shot from a Revan & Satele Shan Cosplay Shoot Done this Weekend

We love bringing you great Star Wars/ SWTOR cosplay and art so here we are with something awesome from So Say We All. The photographer is a fan of cosplay and has many great photos on his fanpage that we think you will like. For this one, however, we want to highlight a Revan and Satele Shan cosplay done recently. Wasn’t certain I could do this hand effect perfect but looks pretty good to me in the end 😛 .. this is a variation of… Posted by So Say We All on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 This is pretty awesome if you ask us. Here’s the description from the poster: Wasn’t certain I could do this hand effect perfect but looks pretty good to me in the end tongue emoticon .. this is a variation of the point in the cinematic where Satele stops a saber with the force, Bam. Satele Shan VS Darth Maul

Satele Shan vs. Darth Maul – Here’s another versus matchup video we think you might enjoy. Who do you see the victor in this showdown? If you ask me, I say Satele has it by a long shot but it could be just because I am such a fan. This is not to known on Darth Maul. He was an amazing duelist. In fact, were it not for Satele’s ability with The Force, she could easily finish him off. Some will argue that since Shan is a grandmaster, this isn’t even a fight and she would take it by a landslide. However, Maul was very powerful and skilled with the sabers and I still believe would put up a good fight in a versus battle such as this. A lot of it also comes down to timing, and where in their story each is when they are pitted against one…

Satele Shan by Saphira Cosplay

You know how we love cosplayers around here, especially SWTOR or Star Wars cosplayers. So this is why we are excited to bring you this one of Satele Shan, a personal favorite of mine actually. Saphira is more than a pretty face; she’s incredibly talented too, which you can see from her Facebook page (linked below). The teamwork between Saphira and photographer for this shot really shines through in the end result. We love it and we’d love to see more! The cosplayer herself, Saphira, left this comment explaining the lightsabers: i built the sabers from scratch XD they have 5000 lumens in the blades, so they light up for real. i got the build process in my page (facebook.com/saphiracosplay). They are also two sabers that can be united to form her saberstaff, her most used weapon, and the blades are clear blue acrylic that can also be detached for…

Corellian Defender with Satele Shan, Qyzen Fess, & C2-N2

How would you like to see this as a new Lego product? It’s the Corellian Defender with Satele Shan, Qyzen Fess, & C2-N2 and this guy has a project up for funding. If they get $10k in support, it could get produced by Lego. So far there are over 500 supporters and nearly 20,000 views. If you like the project, help out by donating and/or by sharing the page for more SWTOR and Lego fans to see it. Here is some info about the Lego set from the project description: This is the Jedi vessel from the game Star Wars: The Old Republic. Satele is a character from The Old Republic. Based on her use of the Double-bladed lightsabre her class is likely Jedi Consular. She already exists as a Lego Minifig. C2-N2 is a support droid that resides on the Corellian Defender. Build of Master Satele Shan’s Lightsaber

How would you like to own Master Satele Shan’s lightsaber? To me that sounds like just about the coolest thing on the planet! I’m not the only one who thinks so because this guy made one for his wife. That kind of sets a new precedent for husband-to-wife gifts, don’t ya think? It wasn’t an easy task but boy is it awesome! If you’re not familiar with Sloth Furnace, he creates some amazing pieces of functional art/props. These lightsabers don’t just look pretty- they are exact replicas and they work with lights and sounds. On average, he says it takes him 6 months from conception to completion on one of these. He details the entire process in photo with captions of how he created this fantastic lightsaber, down to each and every detail. It’s pretty fantastic. It’s all from the minds and the hands of Bradley W. Lewis, video game developer…

The jedi depicted in the Hope trailer finally confirmed as Satele Shan.

Many people have speculated about who the girl fighting Darh Malgus in last years hope trailer is. Yesterday Alexander Freed from BioWare confirmed that the girl was no other then Satele Shan: There’s been a lot of (understandable) confusion about Satele Shan, so I figured I’d clarify a few points: First, yes–Satele Shan is the Jedi depicted in the Hope trailer. When Satele originally appeared in the Threat of Peace comics, her appearance wasn’t yet final in-game. Ultimately, we’ve gone in a different visual direction for the character, and you’ll be seeing more consistent portrayals in the future. (One of the perils of releasing information–even seemingly innocuous information–so early!) Second, regarding Satele’s age and experience–at the Battle of Alderaan, Satele is a fully trained Jedi Knight. By the time Threat of Peace rolls around, she’s had significant real-world experience and trained under several Jedi Masters, Dar’Nala included; she’s a candidate…

If you are not familiar with this guy, I can tell you he is a Republic spy in Republic SIS, and the secret son of Satele Shan, making him a direct descendant of the legendary Jedi Knights Revan and Bastila Shan. He is also the main protagonist in the webcomic series The Lost Suns, and the main character in the novel by Drew Karpyshyn called  Annihilation SWTOR Lead Writer Charles Boyd said that Alexander Freed and Drew Karpyshyn, who both featured Theron Shan in their books, had a large influence on the Theron Shan in SWTOR and set a high standard for this character. Also Alexander Freed seems to be working on a new SWTOR project since he’s gone freelance but we can’t be certain. Will have to keep an…

Know your lore: Bastila Shan

Bastila Shan is one of the most intriguing characters in the Star Wars universe, particularly for fans of the Knights of the Old Republic (KOTOR) series. With her powerful abilities, complex personality, and crucial role in some of the galaxy’s most pivotal moments, Bastila has cemented herself as a fan-favorite. In this article, we’ll dive into her origins, her connection to Revan, her journey through the events of KOTOR, and her lasting legacy in the Star Wars lore.  Chapter 1: The Origins of Bastila Shan A Force-Sensitive Beginning Every great Jedi has to start somewhere, and for Bastila Shan, that somewhere was the rather unassuming planet of Talravin. Born into a galaxy already steeped in conflict, Bastila didn’t have the most peaceful childhood. But, as with many Force-sensitive beings, her destiny was far from ordinary. Even as a young girl, it was clear that Bastila was something special. Imagine being…

A former Sith assassin turned bounty hunter turned rogue Force user with a flair for dramatic exits, Ventress has been part of some of the most pivotal events in the Clone Wars. The Basics: Birth, Origin, and Early Life Asajj Ventress was born on the planet Dathomir, the homeworld of the Nightsisters—a group of Force-sensitive witches who combine mysticism with terrifying combat skills. However, she didn’t stay long. Shortly after her birth, she…

A dramatic panoramic scene blending the aesthetics of feudal Japan and Star Wars. In the foreground, a Jedi and a samurai stand side by side on a misty ridge at sunrise—one holding a lightsaber, the other a katana—both in contemplative poses. Behind them, a futuristic skyline merges with traditional Japanese architecture—Jedi temples rising next to pagodas, starships flying above tiled rooftops. Cherry blossoms drift through the air, while distant twin suns cast a soft glow. The atmosphere is reverent and epic, symbolizing the timeless bridge between samurai tradition and the Star Wars galaxy.

Star Wars Battlefront II (2017): Imperial Tyrant Obi-Wan Mod – When the Jedi Goes Dark

Star Wars Battlefront II (2017): Imperial Tyrant Obi-Wan Mod – When the Jedi Goes Dark

Obi-Wan Kenobi: the beacon of hope, wisdom, and unshakable Jedi resolve. But what if that beacon turned into a terrifying force of oppression? That’s exactly what the Imperial Tyrant Obi-Wan Mod for Star Wars Battlefront II (2017) delivers—a reimagining of Kenobi as a dark enforcer of the Empire. It’s a fascinating “what if” scenario that flips one of Star Wars’ most beloved characters into a chilling antagonist, and let’s be honest—it’s kind of awesome. What Does the Imperial Tyrant Obi-Wan Mod Do? This mod takes Obi-Wan Kenobi’s traditional look and replaces it with a dark, authoritarian rework fitting for an Imperial overlord. Forget the humble Jedi robes—this version of Obi-Wan wears a menacing uniform, embodying the disciplined brutality of the Empire. The visual overhaul brings a completely new aesthetic, making it easy to believe in an alternate reality where Kenobi never walked away from Mustafar and instead joined Darth Vader’s…

One such notable transition was undertaken by the developers of Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR), who moved their servers to Amazon Web Services (AWS). This essay delves into the intricacies of this move, its implications, and the feedback from the gaming community. The Initial Steps The developers initiated this transition with the French server, The Leviathan, in August. The move was closely observed, as it was a precursor to the subsequent transfers. The success of this initial transition was evident, as there were no significant issues reported. This paved the way for the subsequent transfer of the Darth Malgus and the German server, Tulak Hord. Community Feedback and Personal Experience The gaming community’s response, especially in the initial stages, was relatively muted. A cursory glance…
